GENETIC MODIFICATION

SURROGACY

* The Law on Assisted Human Reproduction Techniques provides that surrogacy contracts are explicitly unrecognized, and birthrights are granted to the birthmother. (Art 10)
* The Criminal Code may also impose sanctions.
